Akhil Sathyan, who is the son of Sathyan Anthikad, has previously collaborated in the direction of his father’s films. He was an associate of the films Njan Prakashan and Jomonte Suvisheshagal. He has also directed a documentary short film called That’s My Boy. Akhil himself has written, directed and edited the film Pachuvum Mihawa Vlakukum.
